Never had dental work AT ALL prior to this. Made sure I was totally numb before extracting a molar, and the staff was super nice and patient with me and answered all of my questions, and explained very well what to expect every step of the way. Total change of pace from a big chain that just wanted my money, I feel that Dr To was very realistic and explained what my options were well, as well as the risks. From painless X-rays (an issue I had at the chain dentistry) to care that fit what was best for me I won’t hesitate to continue going here for my dental needs.

Dr. To and his staff at OnCall Dental UC in Glendale, AZ was the absolute best. One of my molars was giving me excruciating pain, and my general dentist recommended a root canal after testing the viability of the nerve. The endodontist that they referred me informed me that they would not be able to do the procedure right away and I had to wait 3 weeks! If anyone has every dealt with dental pain, 3 weeks sounds like a lifetime. Luckily I was able to find Dr. To. The process was absolutely painless and Dr. To took great care in making sure that I was comfortable. Not only was Dr. To great, his staff was amazing! Everyone was kind and courteous and made me feel very comfortable, as someone who has extreme anxiety going to the dentist. I highly highly recommend Dr. To and his team!

I’ve had dentists overcharge. Under deliver. Some dentists do awful quick work. Not these guys. I Honestly believe that most dentists suck. But not OnCall Dental. Best dentists and staff I’ve ever encountered. Five stars isn’t enough. Like 600,000 stars is more accurate. Friendly fun staff. Loved the experience here.

.I've had a few appointments now with regards to a cracked tooth that was beyond repair and needed to be extracted. Every visit I've had over the last few weeks, the front office staff has been great and I never have a long wait. I've had appointments in the evening, in the morning, and on the weekends and they are always quick to call you back.
Dr. To is really nice and very thorough with every visit I had. The dentists I've had in the past usually seem annoyed and condescending about my dental care. But Dr. To takes his time and answers any questions I have. It's a bit of a drive for me (30 mins) but it's very worth it. Love this place and highly recommend it!

I’ve been to On call dental several times and have always had great care. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and courteous, and I’ve always been able to get in and out in a timely manner. The weekend hours are also very convenient. I initially went to get a second opinion on involved procedure that I was told that needed to be done. Dr. To was able to solve my issues with less complicated course of action and managed to save my tooth.

A visit to the dentist is never your first choice of places to visit but if you have to go; go to OnCall Urgent Dental. I called for a dental emergency and not only was I able to get in right away but also got the courage to take care of some underlying problems that I’ve been avoiding as well. I did not go in with the intentions to treat my problems but to get an antibiotic and go on my way. However, after meeting Dr. To I couldn’t have been more comfortable and ended up calling back weeks later to have MORE work done. What started as a dental infection/ emergency ended with a BEAUTIFUL NEW SMILE that I can’t praise enough!!! From bedside manner to comfort to price and availability- this Dr. and his staff truly have it all. Courtney is amazing at what she does and pairs perfectly with the Dr. Thank you OnCall Dental!

Dr.To and his staff made me feel so comfortable and most importantly were able to help me with my emergency. The pain I had was unbearable but the experience I had with Dr. To and staff is one that will be with me forever. They took time to explain the what and whys. If I was nervous that was the time to make me feel better. I definitely will be going back for all preventative care. Hands down the best experience ever.
